Agribusiness Market Ecosystem Alliance

Launched by SCOPEinsight in collaboration with international partners such as IFC, ICCO, Rikolto, NCBA CLUSA, ACDI VOCA and Argidius, the AMEA platform aims to create a support ecosystem for agricultural organisations by offering collaborative strategies for systemic transformation aimed at strengthening the professionalism and performance of SMEs and agricultural organisations. This ecosystem is constantly improving and is subject to quality control based on a shared vision and definition of professionalism.

Economic Community of West African States

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is a regional organisation established in 1975 to promote economic integration and cooperation among West African countries. Its primary objective is to establish a large, unified trading bloc through economic and monetary union, thereby fostering development and stability within the region. ECOWAS also plays a pivotal role in peacekeeping, governance and regional security.

Plateforme pour le Riz Durable

The SRP (Sustainable Rice Platform) is a global, multi-stakeholder alliance established in 2011. It was originally co-convened by the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), with the aim of promoting resource efficiency and sustainability in the rice sector. The SRP develops standards, tools and practices to help farmers adopt climate-smart and sustainable production methods, improve their livelihoods and reduce the environmental impact of rice cultivation. Rikolto is a member of the Board and has rolled out SRP initiatives with farmer organisations in nine countries.

Urban Food Coalition

The Urban Food Coalition (UFC) is a global multi-stakeholder initiative facilitated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). It supports cities and local governments in transforming their food systems to make them more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable. The coalition fosters collaboration among municipalities, civil society, research institutions, and international organizations to ensure equitable access to healthy food, reduce food loss and waste, and strengthen urban–rural linkages.

Voice Network

The VOICE Network is a global coalition of NGOs and trade unions working together to promote sustainability in the cocoa sector. It advocates for fairer value distribution, living incomes for farmers, and the elimination of issues such as poverty, deforestation, and child labour. The VOICE Network serves as a platform for joint advocacy and knowledge sharing to drive systemic change towards a more just and sustainable cocoa industry.
